Products and Pricing

All products are handcrafted and may have slight variations in grain pattern, color, and finish. These natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require a deposit and are subject to our custom order agreement. Production begins after design approval and deposit payment. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Oaksend and may not be reproduced without permission.

Custom designs created for customers remain the intellectual property of Oaksend unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Oaksend is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Product Care

Wood products require proper care to maintain their beauty and longevity. We provide care instructions with each product. Damage resulting from improper care or use is not covered by our satisfaction guarantee.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Weber County, Utah.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
