Pre-Made Items
Pre-made items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom work, custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. However, we will work with you to ensure your piece meets your expectations before shipping.
If there is a defect or error on our part, we will repair or remake the item at no additional cost.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

- Ship the item back in its original packaging
