We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental United States. Orders under $100 have a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95.
Processing Time
Pre-made items: Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.
Custom orders: Custom pieces require additional crafting time. You'll receive an estimated completion date when your order is confirmed, typically 2-4 weeks depending on complexity.

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (+$15)
- Local Pickup: Available in Pleasant View, UT area (free)
Tracking Your Order

Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Cutting boards and larger items are wrapped in protective materials and shipped in sturdy boxes. Fragile items receive extra padding.
