Shipping is charged separately and shown before payment. Ready-to-ship orders can be delivered within the United States or collected locally in Pleasant View, Utah. Custom projects receive delivery or pickup details in the written quote before approval.

Processing Time

Pre-made items: Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.

Custom orders: Custom pieces require additional crafting time. You'll receive an estimated completion date when your order is confirmed, typically 2-4 weeks depending on complexity.

Standard Shipping: $8.99; 5–7 business days after shipment
Expedited Shipping: $19.99; 2–3 business days after shipment
Local Pickup: $0; arranged after order confirmation in Pleasant View, Utah

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Production time is separate from carrier transit time; custom work receives an estimated completion date after the written quote is approved.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Cutting boards and larger items are wrapped in protective materials and shipped in sturdy boxes. Fragile items receive extra padding.
